Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is in place to help us manage our surf inventory. We have the standard 24 hour cancellation policy - which means any changes to your reservations must be made outside of this 24 hour window. When you reserve, you need to provide a valid credit card and the lessons are pre paid 24 hours in advance. If you end up sick, or for some reason cannot make your reserved time, we will do what we can to get you into another time slot but be forewarned - it may or may not happen and is based on space available (if the class 2 hours before isn't full you can join). Please understand that we "reserved" the space for you. Just like theater tickets!
